Every RusticLightia item is packaged and shipped with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want every RusticLightia purchase to be the perfect match for your farmhouse, cabin, cottage, or lakeside retreat. If it is not, you can send it back as outlined below.
30 DAY RETURNS
You have 30 days to evaluate your new purchases and decide if it meets your expectations. If any issues arise, you may send the item back within 31 days of delivery, and we will be happy to exchange, give you a store credit or provide you a full refund. All items must be returned inside the original package, wrapping, and foam protection, or they are non-returnable. If items have been assembled, installed, dismantled, used, or soiled, they are non-returnable.
We offer free shipping on most all orders. Items are shipped within 1 working days of your order date. We ship all items from our Savannah, GA, or Ontario, CA warehouse by UPS or FedEx. Transit times are generally 2 to 4 working days. Preorders can take as long as three to four weeks, usually less before they are in stock and ready to ship.
We are always ready to help you to exchange an item, request a store credit, or receive a refund. Please inspect your items upon receiving your package for damages, missing items, broken parts, or any error on our part, in which case you will receive a prepaid return label. Contact us within a few days here if you find a problem. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Reach out to us with your order details here. Please describe the issue and provide us with images. We will review your return request within 24 hours. Once we issue you an RMA number, wrap your package carefully. Use only the original shipping carton, wrapping, and original packaging materials. We need your return’s tracking number, carrier, and RMA in case of any issues during transport. As soon as we receive your return and check all is good, we will process your return. Return processing typically takes 2 to 3 business days. If any, the return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
DEFECTIVEs & DAMAGEs
If your package arrives damaged with missing parts, defective items, or any error on our part, please get in touch with us immediately here. We stand 100% behind our products. We are here to help you get needed replacements, resend a new item, and exchange styles with no extra charge. If you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you are welcome to return the item, and we will cover the return fee.
Should you want to change the shipping address or delivery date after your item has been shipped, contact your courier immediately. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may return them after they are received.
LOST IN TRANSIT
You may track your package here. If your order gets lost during transit or is marked delivered, and yet you cannot find it, contact your courier immediately. Once your order has shipped, your courier becomes responsible for its safe delivery. UPS and FedEx have excellent tracking and claims support on their parcel tracking pages.
Please contact us immediately for a full refund here if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
We will process your refund within 2 to 3 days after we have received and inspected your return. Refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember, it takes time for banks and credit card companies to post your refund.
